WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
2 cups of crushed Uglies Sea Salt Kettle Chips (about 2 bags – snack on the extras!)
10 oz white baking chocolate – melted
Colorful baking sprinkles
LET’S DO THIS!
Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or waxed paper
Melt white baking chocolate in a 3 Qt microwaveable bowl according to packaging instructions
Measure 2 cups of slightly crushed Uglies Kettle Chips (don’t reduce to dust!)
Combine Uglies Kettle Chips with melted chocolate, stirring together until thoroughly coated
Use 2 teaspoons to scoop 2-3” dollops of the mixture onto the baking sheet
Immediately top with your choice of sprinkles
