UGLY CHICKEN PARTY POPPERS!!
Sure to please even the biggest party pooper, these bite sized chicken poppers encrusted in Uglies Kettle Chips will be the life of any gathering. Make multiple batches using different Uglies Kettle Chip Flavors (our favorites are Bar-B-Que, Buffalo Ranch and Cheddar & Sour Cream) for the ultimate variety!
Quick prep, kids will love them, and made for dippin’ in your favorite sauce, what more could you ask!?
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

1 6oz. bag of Uglies Kettle Chips (crushed to approx. 2 cups)
For this recipe we made 3 batches using Bar-B-Que, Cheddar & Sour Cream and Buffalo Ranch. -
1lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cubed into 2” x 2” portions

2 eggs

LET’S DO THIS!
- Pre-heat oven to 400º, or you can get your air fryer ready (that’s what we used).
- Finely crush Uglies Kettle Chips and place in large bowl.
- In small bowl, beat eggs to make egg wash.

- Dredge chicken portions in egg wash, then roll in bowl with crushed chips until fully coated.
- Transfer coated chicken portions onto parchment paper lined tray (for oven) or onto air fryer basket.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes in oven (8-10 minutes if using air fryer), being sure to flip at the halfway mark. Continue to bake until chicken is cooked throughly and coating is crunchy, golden brown.
